I am so sorry to hear of Alice's passing. I have missed her so at the 7:45 service at St. Mark's. She was so very kind and welcoming. Alice is missed.

Alice always took the time to be an "encourager" to those who came her way and was a joyful presence in the world. I am so grateful that she graced my life and that of my family.

God speed Alice, and blessings to her friends and family.

I knew her as Ms. Farrar! She was my Algebra teacher in high school and I then ran in to her years later at St. Mark's Lenton Lunches. She was such a nice, sweet lady and I adored her!

Dear Dr. Cummins,
I'm terribly sorry to hear
that your wife has passed away.
I remember walking by
your apartment on the ground floor at the Chandler Retirement Center many times
when Mother lived at the Chandler Home.
I wish you the best of everything.

Aunt Alice was a blessing to our family. She illuminated any room she walked into- as a young woman she was filled with the joy of life and in her later years the Holy Spirit shined through her. Her kindness and grace continue to inspire all those who knew her. She now is at peace and is enjoying life everlasting with our Lord.

What a fine Christian woman Alice was. She always had a smile of welcome at St. Mark's. May the Lord God welcome her into everlasting life.

I was very grieved to hear of Miss Alice's passing;she and Light were the first people who ever greeted us when we were visiting St. Mark's and came by the house to drop initial materials off to us, regarding the Church. She was a marvelous contributor to our Parish and will be sorely missed. I will certainly be thinking of you all in the coming days. She was SUCH a lovely lady.
In deepest sympathy,
Nancy W. Heller
