Tribute & Message From The Family

Sandi Guerra, age 55 left us on December 26, 2018 with her family by her side.

Sandi was born Oct 10, 1963 in San Antonio, Texas to Richard T. Garza and Florentina Garza. She attended Jefferson High School and lived her entire life in San Antonio, Texas. Through her life, she held several positions in the Food and Beverage industry. She worked at the Bayous restaurant where she would meet her future husband Jimmy Guerra. Jimmy and Sandi were married 28 years and raised 2 beautiful children Malachi and Krystal. She was also a very loving and caring grandmother to her grandson Jude.

Sandi's life was devoted to being a good mother, wife, sister and friend. She was very giving and would often help people in need without question. She had a very big heart and loved all kinds of animals. Her interests included gardening and reading which she did often. She had a strong faith and was very dedicated to her walk with God.

Sandi is survived by her brothers Richard, Omar, Sugar, and Ricky along with countless numbers of extended family members and friends. Sandi will be greatly missed by all.

Condolence & Memory Journal

Her beautiful smile & joyful laugh will always be remembered by the Rodriguez family. When I read about her life, I thought of Prov. 31:25-31 "She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness. Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her: There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all! Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the LORD will be greatly praised. Reward her for all she has done. Let her deeds publicly declare her praise."
