We are celebrating the beautiful life of our beloved Martha Couch Dickman who went to be with the Lord on January 16, 2019. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her daughters, Beth Lynn Brown, Martha Ann Dickman, Brenda and husband, Jud Fry; grandson, Wade Fry; and William's children, Jeanie O'Brien and Johnny Johnstone.

Family nieces, Elizabeth Anderson, Judy Hamman, Nancy Davis, Rebecca Provancha, Loraine Newsome, Cynthia Cox, Martha Coble, and their families; nephews, Jot Couch, Lee Couch, Quest C. Couch III, Jim Couch, Sam Coble, Larry Jones, Tommy Jones, and their families; and numerous long-time dear friends. Nephews, Dutch Nelson, Barrett Davis, Andy Anderson, Efford Hamman; Jake Couch, Gavin Couch, Chris Sites, Jackson Sites, Andrew Anderson, Ben Arbour, Clay Hamman; Nieces, Ann Couch, Jan Couch, Carrie Sites, Braelynn Sites, Emily Couch, Megan Couch, Melody Couch, Ellie Couch, Jenny Couch, Mattie Davis, Robin Davis, Meg Arbour, Dixie Baker, and Summer Anderson.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Col. William C. Dickman; mother, Mattie Terrell Couch and dad, Quest C. Couch Sr.; grandparents, J.O. Terrell and Mattie Simpson; brothers, J.O. Terrell Couch, Quest C. Couch Jr. and Marshall Dick Couch; niece; Cathie Nelson; nephew, John Couch; and sisters-in-law, Helen Hawthorne, Imojean Jones and Cheryl Brown.

Martha was a Dutchess in The Order of the Alamo "Court of Make Believe" in 1951, a member of the Battle of Flowers Association, Junior League of San Antonio, San Antonio Opera Guild, Military and Civilian Club, Lantana Garden Club, and Friends of Hospice.
