I was allowed to be part of the Sigmor team from the time I was 15 (1971) to 26. The lessons I learned and the compassion I developed during those year, are instilled in me today. Tom, Jr and Carl Voelkel were a vital part of developing moral and ethical treatment of others and all my day to day experiences and journeys of life. It is with great sympathy that I extend my true condolences to Tom's family and friends! He was a man among men and will be missed and remembered by many for years to Come.

My sister and I are very fortunate to have worked for the Turner Family. I began working with them in 1969, retired in 2010. My sister retired in 2014. And when I say we worked with them, that is always the way they made you feel...not like you worked for them. They have had a strong influence on both our lives, and we are better individuals for it. Our hearts share this time with you. Please know that we think of you always and remember you all with great affection. God bless you Billie for always being Tom's biggest cheerleader, and strongest family influence. The world is a better place because of you.

I am one of the fortunate many who worked for the Turner family. I wish that everyone could experience working for the type of organization the Turners built. The Company was built for family - by family - and every employee was made to feel a part of something very unique and special. My deepest thanks to Mr Turner and the entire Turner family for 18 years of work life that I had never experienced prior and doubt to experience again. A great loss on Earth is a great gain for God's kingdom.

Mr. Turner was a good man. I worked for his family for many years. I always felt appreciated and in some ways almost like extended family, as I'm sure a lot of us who worked for Mr. Turner felt. My condolences to the family.

Dear Turner Family,
I was filled with deep personal sadness when I learned of Mr. Turner's passing. I cannot adequately express the amount of respect and admiration I had for him. He was such a fine gentleman...polite,
courteous, and caring. He had a profound impact on the thousands of people that were blessed to know him. He is proudly gazing down from above at the wonderful family he helped to create. He will be sorely missed and never forgotten. I am glad I got to know him. May God bless each of you during this sad and difficult time.
