Condolence & Memory Journal

I continue to pray and thank Bea for all she did for me. I met Bea in 1963 as an inexperienced 19-year-old starting out my career with the Federal Government at Randolph Air Force Base. Bea was my mentor who guided me and set me off on a long and successful career. Fifty-five (55) years later after returning to San Antonio, I was delighted to find out Bea was my neighbor. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to let her know the positive difference she made in my life. Bea was one of the most beautiful person I have ever known. Although many years later, I was grateful for the opportunity to be able to share with her my gratitude for the guidance and inspiration she gave me at a very important time in my life. I will never forget her."

Peace & Lasting Rest.

Rest in peace, Aunt Bea. Always cheerful and interested in other people, we will miss you. Your bright personality and collector instinct for all things in antique clocks and carved bears was legendary. Your and our deceased Uncle Laird's interest and collection of clocks spawned our own interest in them. May the work that you and Laird did in helping co-found NAWCC Southwestern Chapter # 15 in Austin, TX ensure the continuation of that chapter.

From Porthcawl, South Wales, Very fond memories of a wonderful friend who enriched our lives in so many ways including an amazing party she organised for our Golden Wedding anniversary when we were on holiday in America. We also had the pleasure of knowing Andy and of showing Bea some of the beauty of this land of Wales. Sadly missed but never forgotten.
