Linda K Evans, age 71 of Spring Branch, Texas passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019. She was born in February 1947 in Inglewood California to Oran and Jesse Ruth Swaffar.
Linda graduated in 1964 from Redondo Union High School in Redondo Beach, California.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Oran and Jesse Ruth Swaffar. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Evans of Spring Branch, Texas; daughters, Stephanie Dodd of Springfield, Missouri and Shannon Scrivner of San Antonio, Texas; son in law, Mark Dodd of Springfield, Missouri; granddaughter, Macy Dodd of Kansas City, Missouri; grandson, Logan Dodd of Springfield, Missouri; sister, Susan Robertson of Reno, Nevada; brother in law, Robert Robertson of Reno, Nevada and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Linda was loved and will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

Steve, Linda was a beautiful gemstone and what a gift you had in her. I never did meet her but in her photo, I can see the love and beauty she had inside and out and what a blessing she was to you and your family, all who knew her. I will always remember Linda`s kind and charming welcomes, when I visited over the years. She, was always working outside in her flower gardens all around the house. I was always inspired by her Happy Spirit and Love of Life............Safe Journey Home !
