Condolence & Memory Journal

I knew Bob and Ferol when we served in IAGS Peru Project together in 1962 and beyond. I send my sincerest condolences to Ferol and the family and wish them God's blessings for their remaining lives. Bob was soft-spoken, but knew his job better than most. I enjoyed working with him. Martin "Marty" Heuer, LTC, USA (Ret.)

Bob was a great guy. I always enjoyed our humorous exchanges. I know he touch many lives in a positive way. He will be sorely missed but not soon forgotten.
