Deepest condolences for Pete, his loved one's and entire family. Fondest memory of Pete is from his days at the Convention Center Arena at the back door with his best friend and neighbor Pinky Whitney. I will especially cherish the visit's to the Anton and Whitney homes, seeing their smiles when they'd open their boxes full of fresh fruits and vegatables. I'm sure The Whitney's, Mrs Anton plus his loved one's where all there to welcome him home. God Bless Pete.

Pete always had a welcoming personality at the AT&T center when I arrived to observe Spurs games for the NBA. His ability to remember names to faces is what impressed me as he even remember my officiating days at the old Hemisphere Arena. I am glade our paths crossed in life.............Mike Lauerman

Pete was a wonderful friend to our family and we will never forget him. It was one of the most special things about raising our children in the St. Sophia Parish, because of their ability to get to know and love Pete! We will miss him dearly, but we are joyful that he is finally reunited with his beloved Angie and the rest of his dearly departed family. May his memory be eternal - it will be with my entire family.

Thank you so much for all the stories, memories, and advice over the years. Thank you for being the kindest, down to earth human being that I've ever met. I leave you with an old Irish Blessing, "May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and until we meet again, May the Lord hold you in the Palm of His hand." Love you Pete!

Memory Eternal my dearest Pete.
St. Sophia is a little less bright today after hearing the news of your passing. My deepest condolences to the entire Anton family at this very difficult time. When I think back at all my childhood memories and adult memories, as well, there isn't a memory without my dear sweet Pete in them. I will treasure these memories forever.
