Glenna Graham McCord, age 93, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020. She was born to Mr. and Mrs. William T. Graham on September 16, 1926 in Dallas, Texas.

Glenna was preceded in death by, her son, John, McCord, and her dear friend, Clara Lynch, who she has been laid to rest next to in Sunset Memorial Park.

She is survived by her sons, David and Paul McCord, and her sister, Mary Clack.

Glenna requests that memorial contributions be made to the Schrader, Herff-Breze, McGavock & Hendricks Endowed Scholarship Fund at Trinity University.

Glenna was a good friend and i will miss her. She had such good stories to tell and she had a extrodinary life.

Glenna was a force of nature and a very sharp person. Trinity was well served by her volunteer work and her friends will always be better for having had her in their lives.

We are so lucky to have had Glenna love Trinity University as much as she did. What a blessing she was to us. We will miss her dearly.

With love and condolences to her sons David and Paul, and their families, and to her sister Mary and her family. Ms. Glenna McCord, Trinity University Class of 1947 will be remembered with love and admiration by her classmates and Trinity family. She will be remembered for her enthusiastic and extended service on the National Alumni Board; for graciously helping with Alumni Weekend and other projects; for the many hours spent compiling the class notes for Trinity magazine; and, for her love of learning and dedication to Trinity University. She was most deserving of her 2012 Trinity Spirit Award, bestowed by Trinity's Alumni Association. She will be missed.
