Obituary

Kenneth Joseph "Danny" Dunworth Jr., age 59, passed away on Tuesday March 12, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born March 9, 1961 to Aurora DeRueda and Kenneth Joseph Dunworth Sr. in Mission, Texas.

He graduated from Mission High School in 1979 and attended various Training Schools thereafter.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Kenneth "Danny" is survived by his son Daniel Joseph "D.J." Dunworth; sister Karen Martinez and husband Pete, sister Sandra Bar-Yadin and husband Uri; nieces and nephews, Alyse Bradley, Laura (Stryker) Saunders, Joshua (Barbie) Bar-Yadin, Pamela (Tim) Dietrich, Priscilla (Charlton) Collum, Valerie (Tyler) Fuller, Amanda (Richard) Camacho, Bella Bar-Yadin, and Mia Bar-Yadin; as well as 22 Great nieces and nephews, numerous other relatives and a lifetime of friends.

Kenneth "Danny" raised his son D.J. and was a skilled and highly requested mechanic until a back injury occurred. Kenneth then drove 18 Wheelers for over 30 years as long haul and local driver. Kenneth "Danny" was known for his great sense of humor, unconditional love, humbleness, and a Heart of Gold! His presence is deeply missed! Time and time again, we confided in him, trusted him, and cherished his words in a mutual sense of love. He harbored no hatred despite being in pain. He lived his life accordingly without dwelling on the hardships in front of him, always receiving the wisdom and gentle words he was known so well for. We are grateful for his love, wisdom and friendship and only find good things to say about this sweet and humble man who was held so close to many. He was a true No-Nonsense kind of guy, and we loved that about him. He will always be a highly respected and loved individual who touched the hearts of so many people. A deeply loved Father, Brother, Brother-in-Law, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin, and Friend. Kenneth "Danny, will live on through his family and the beautiful memories he blessed us with.
