Olga Medina, age 75, went to be with our Lord on January 29, 2018 in San Antonio. She was preceded in death by her parents Jose Trevino and Ramona Gonzales, and sisters Evangelina Rivera and Elva Singletary.

She was a loving passionate wife, mother, and grandmother with a giving heart. She was a friend to all and was loved by many. Her main focus in life was her family and ensuring they knew they were loved.

She was a longtime member of San Fernando Cathedral, where she tirelessly volunteered her time and talents.Olga was a founding member and Treasurer of The Damas of San Fernando and a former member of Sembradores of San Antonio.

The Medina family would sincerely like to thank the University Hospital ICU doctors, nurses, and staff, especially Dr. Tamara Simpson and Dr. Rachel Freeman for their loving care and compassion for her and our family during her final days.
